Would you consider McDonalds to be

Truthfully, I've never had a Macdonalds in my 70+ years. Had the occasional Burger King or Wimpey years ago but never the Big M. Here, in the S.West, it would be 60+ mile round-trip to find one.

Pretty much the same here re the nearest MacD's. About a 55 mile round trip for me, so I seldom ever have anything from them. Their bacon rolls are nice, mind.

tbh I like Macdoanlds. I dont eat it much, only use iot for energy food when got some grafting to do. Me and the mrs go get a meal when we have some decorating to do etc. Its full of energy.

I still dont know what is more unhealthy a weekly chippy night or a weekly maccyDs night.

I know which one I'll be full after.

A bit of googling...

Average fish and chips

861 to 998 calories,
52.8g of fat,
30-43g of protein

McDonald's big mac meal large coke and fries

1360 calories
58g of fat,
12g of protein
Shit ton of salt.

Out of the two, fish and chips as long as they aren't smothered in salt and its lightly battered is the best option.

I have fish and chips each Friday as my only unhealthy treat of the week. At least they have some nutritional value, and I have a portion of peas with them as one of my "five a day".
I must burn off the majority of the calories on Saturday morning walking to and from and participating in a Parkrun.
I can't think of any nutritional value to be gained from eating any of the products sold at "The Golden Arches". The last time I consumed anything from there, which is a long time ago, I didn't find it particularly tasty or filling either.

Like their coffee and ice cream.
Cheese or chicken burger a couple of times a year.Usually after a midweek City game from Piccadilly Gardens.
Would have something else if I could find a decent take away chip shop.

One is including a sugary drink though, while the other isn't. No idea how much difference that makes.
