Would you have Ballack at city?

If we were to go for the general type I would def have Alonso before Ballack. He has real passing range and great vision neither of which I would associate with Ballack who I see as very limited and slow.

Would easily have ballack at city, I have wanted him for ages as I feel he is just what we need, an efficient German with an experienced head. I think he would give a good balance to the team in regards to experience, and not only the fact he is a quality player.

But they are overpaid as well.
No point in "upping the ante" by paying Ballack even more.
