Would you play all 3 strikers?

Was having a chat about this the other day with a mate of mine.
We'd be stupid not to play with all 3 up front. Balo has had his chance, he showed that his temperament is not up to it.

I was surprised Clattenburg didn't just give him a red card when arguing at half time last Saturday.

For Ajax away we could do with going there and lighting it up.

As another user has already posted. Kun or Carlos in the attacking midfield role and the other two up front.

I'd be interested to see how this works out tommorow.

Either Kun or Tevez would have to play the Silva role with Barry and Yaya in midfield, the problem is I think we underestimate how strong Silva is on the ball when brutes on the other team are trying to tackle him. I don't think Kun would be as strong whereas Tevez might be and he is also pretty decent at getting back and defending. For me, Tevez playing slightly deeper than Kun with Dzeko up the very top on his own. Would be entertaining at least!

Would be great in kun dropped deep and tevez and edin play upfront

we need to play two in midfield as well as yaya. I love yaya but in a two man midfield he just isn't the answer.
So that means we can't play all three unless we drop both nasri and silva which if they're both fit isn't going to happen.
We're much more solid with the three man midfield and with yaya, silva/nasri, aguero, tevez/balo/dzeko we have more than enough to score plenty of goals.

We don't need to sacrifice our midfield to play an extra striker when you have attacking players with the quality we possess

Silva is not fit, play kun wear silva should be and play Dzeko
tevez would be better behind aguero and dzecko... but if silva is out, kolarov or milner for me

Have to say I think we should play all 3 of them (Tevez, Aguero, Dzeko). Bring the madman on at the 70 min mark for Edin to maintain an aerial threat.

Lovely jubbly.

you're spot on, WB, my thoughts exactly. We cant afford to go gung ho from the off, and, as a result, maybe offer them a couple of early opportunities. I would play the same back four that featued against WBA, last week, with 3 defensive midds, - PabZab, Garcia & Barry - just in front... with Nasri & Yaya pushing on, when possible, in support of a lone striker, Carlos Tevez

this isnt rocket science. If you want to play 3, forget 5 at the back and all these rubbish formations, it just means we pay 4-3-3 but you have to drop nasri and silva and secure up the midfield. When attacking, you almost give the ball to the front 3 and say 'go and score'. They are all good enough to make something out of nothing. Last year we did it with the front 4 of nasri, silva, dzeko and aguero. Give them the ball and let them run riot.

Zaba Richards Kompany Kolrorov

Milner Toure Barry

Tevez Dzeko Aguero
