Also you can't judge Agger on 1 bad game, judge him over the season and he's keeping out Carragher and Liverpool have a fantastic defensive record for the most part!

I am comparing them yes. Vinny can run with the ball & plays an occasional spectacular pass. The other 9 times he tries it, it goes for a goalkick at the other end of the pitch. Both of them are mostly shite at passing & best when they just keep it simple pass to each other & then to Yaya Toure. Both are top defenders & better than anything at Liverpool.

Kompany is not "shite" at passing. He's known as one of the best passing CB's going.

These two are the main reason why Liverpool are 7th in the league (and in CC final) with scoring only 25 goals in 22 league matches.

agger is one of the most underrated defenders in the world: good in the air, quick, great passer and able to go help out offensively by making good forward runs and has a great long range shot. the downside is that he is very injuryprone, but i remember that fc barcelona was watching him closely before all those injuries came.
