WSL 2022/23 v Liverpool (A) 07/05 2pm Match thread

Something that needs to be addressed if they really want to challenge at the very top is to bring in players who are better equipped to the way the team wants to build up. So many times we gift possession by not being decisive and we have a keeper who struggles to play the ball at pace and when she does it often is left short. That said an absolute shocker from Coombs but it had been coming with having our defenders seemingly happy to play slowly and take too many touches.

Shocking how we have allowed the Ragettes to overtake us, lets hope this new director of football sorts things out.

I like the appointment he's very experienced. It will be interesting how Taylor reacts as Nielsen is more than capable of being the coach too. Plus they have been very quiet on a contract extension for Taylor.

Nice to get the equaliser quickly, good header that. We should beat these comfortably if we play at a higher tempo.
