Down to the coaching, bloody hell speed things up and get the ball in the box. They just don’t test the keeper enough.

We must be the slowest team to get the ball in the oppo box - and there’s the downfall just waiting after 90mins for the opposition to sink its teeth into Taylor’s arse!

I dunno.

Not sure what Kelly would bring that Fowler doesn't. If it comes to shooting, if Fowler was instructed to do that more, she would. It seems Kelly did plenty of that when her teammates were in better positions, last year.

For me, Fowler is better for the team forward passes, but Villa must be closing the gaps or there's no movement of the forward line as per usual. She'd seen no slide rule passes that she normally does, so that says a lot for what's happening.

I suppose the problem at the moment is that Fowler just isn't in the game, this patient build up is perhaps just to slow for her?

That's quite possible. She's needs fluidity to exact her talents. If it's not there, she can't create.
