Was flicking channels just as a blatant penalty and foul was....er.... not given.
I see the officiating is given an exceptionally easy ride.
Was as if two people who had never seen football were commentating.

Better second half, our decision making when it comes to actually putting the ball in the net is at times quite poor. I have learned today that when it is wet and windy my seat is not properly covered by the roof. Good three points for us though.

I’ve professed my love for Lauren on here before, but she really is so special. Heard on comms that her contract is up next summer. For me, if she leaves us, it’s well and truly game over. Her, Chloe and Bunny are a threatening front 3 but I think we need more from our midfield.
Shout for Alex Greenwood too. Her and Hemp are by far our best players imho.

Was watching her in the warm up pinging the ball to the GK coach to the exact millimetre. Was impressive.

Yeah, I mean you probably watch more of them than me, so point taken re the squad.
It was just noticeable today how much Hemp and Greenwood stood out as being a level above. “England’s Rachel Daly” got the square root of fck all out of Greenwood, Alex was so dominant and classy.

The thing with Kelly, and I’m not disagreeing about her selfish streak, is that I just think she’s a really cute, clever player who has a trick or two up her sleeve, which is a real asset for a striker.

Agree on Hasegawa, she is a fantastic little player. I thought she played well today too. She did particularly well against some very physical players. I also thinks she controls the ball better than any one else in our team.

She was our best, and most consistently trying something player in a poor first half, but I've seen her better than that.

Greenwood was also good all game, as you say Daly got nothing. Hemp I didn't think she was good in the first half, but after a short spell when villa could have extended their lead, she seemed to grab hold of the game, and drive us forward, and deserved to be the match winner.

Hempo was good today, Chloes crosses excellent, Hassegowa good but player of the match today was Alex Greenwood, she was superb. Gave England's best forward, WSL top scorer last year absolutely fuck all. So much so Daly was whingeing and complaining and throwing her hands in the air all game with a couple of half chances her only sniff.
