Couldn’t watch it but that’s a statement win and a half.

No **** beats Chelsea at theirs.

I couldn't watch it either! Had a quick shufty on the app at HT and then gave it ten minutes at FT and they were still playing - but we were still winning.

CFC haven't lost at home since nigh on the beginning of 2021 - three years and ten days ago!. We would have beaten 'em at the Joie but for the most bizarre spot of reffing I've ever seen in any game - men, women, and kids. And but for Kiara's brainfart v The Arse we'd be three points in front. But best not mention the Brighton game!

As posted before not a big fan of Women’s football but I watched the first half whilst Mrs H was having a read. We then watched a bit of recorded TV but I put the last 10 minutes of the game on and we were both shouting on our girls, really nervous finale but well done to our women, resilient but would have liked to see them a bit more controlled at the end.

Mrs H asked why they did the post match discussion on the pitch! Probably inappropriate for the male coaching staff to mix with the girls in the changing rooms was my guess.

That's how it was in our home fixture v CFC - last few seconds 1-0 up with nine on the pitch and CFC scab the equalizer.

Just watched the FF offering on last night's game. We were under the cosh a bit at the end with a couple of great saves from Kiara but, 'kinell, how they wanted a CFC goal!

Watched the second half of this last night, they dug in well, should have tried to keep the ball abit instead of just whacking it back to Chelsea near the end and take the pressure off but nevermind.

The keeper was brilliant though, the double save near the end was class and she kept claiming any cross into the box. Only a young un too from Ardwick well played!
