The things we can't know about that refereeing performance:
Were there any instructions to the players/coaching staff pre-match to say that there would be zero tolerance for dissent/time-wasting.
What the players actually said to constitute dissent.
What we can see with our own eyes:
The referee set the standard for yellow cards early on with the one for the Chelsea player. Greenwood's 1st booking was correct as the challenge was worse.
There was no "hurry-up" signal from the referee prior to her whistling and giving Greenwood her 2nd yellow. Maybe as said above she really didn't realise she was already booked.
The challenge on Hemp by Lawrence was probably the worst in the game but no yellow card.
The additional time added to the end of the game was ridiculous. 8mins was possibly justifiable but to then add on another 50% to that was unfathomable.
