When a midfielder is on song the goals will come. And Phil was magnificent. I thought the back line might get bullied and roughed up but they were tremendous, and the main tactic Wycombe employed, a punt up the field is always difficult to play against, especially with a player like Akinfenwa. They won't have played many teams in PL2 that adopt that approach but they came through with with ne'er a worry.
