Didn't think Nasri was strict and I saw Dzeko drinking out of a bottle during the Swansea match
Swansea was a night match and you are allowed to drink when the sun is down

I'm no nutritionist but did people not notice the stark contrast in Ya Ya's play in the second half against Swansea after it went dark, he will have been able to eat and drink at half time, I'm assuming that's what fuels those after burners he was using in the second half, that were again absent on Sunday afternoon.
Ya Ya seemed to play well within himself on Sunday, whether that was tactics or Ramadan who knows.
Have a watch of the tunnel cam from the Swansea game, before the players return for the second half you can see the players waiting for Yaya.Hart is heard saying Yaya's name.If he is fasting then i reckon he was eating/drinking something because sunset was at about 8.55pm therefore giving him about 5 minutes to load as much nutrients as possible.
Now that would be worth watching!

As for this praying and fasting issue:

Yes, every Muslim should fast and pray 5 times per day. But if he doesn't, that doesnt make him an atheist or such, but only a bad Muslim. If he consider himself as a Muslim and do fast and pray on some days, he will be asked on Judgement Day why he didn't pray 5 times per day etc., if he really believed.

A lot of Bosnians adjusted their belief and religion to a time that they live in. They live modern way of life, but somehow they still manage to keep some of their cultural heritage and religious way of life.

That is why some of them pray only once a day and on the other side, they drink alcohol, have sex before marriage etc. They don't want to throw away tradition and religion on one side, and modern life on other side, so they balance. They believe that by being a good person, God will forgive them the fact that they are not fulfilling all the requirements.

I mean, this is really their private thing, and I don't care if they fast or don't, but I just wanted to give you a small insight in bosnian's behavior, for those who want to understand Dzeko better. :)

didn't want to post in this thread before, but this is perfectly sums up the attitude of the majority of bosnian muslims...
