So, if Seluk is the one now hurting Yaya's career, does that constitute breaking his agency contract?

Yaya should sue him for not acting in his best interests and damaging Yaya's reputation.

It will be interesting to see if Yaya's apology will be sufficient for Pep. If so, might be a nice olive branch to put him on the bench against Boro and give him 10mins to blow off the cobwebs AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, see if he is willing to bust a lung for the team and work his way into this system.

Yaya presents a definite late game influence to help spread the ball around, but the thought that he can do what Fernandinho, Fernando, Gundogan, Silva, Sterling, or KDB have been doing for 90 mins every game this season is fanciful.
