IMO we should pay him up, get him out of the contract, get rid of him and his agent's presence (subject to an NDA, in case they want to continue spouting bile) and have done with the whole thing.
Pep said his agent needs to say sorry or yaya won't play,it matters to pep and the club that have been slandered by seluk, pep was very clear. Some short sighted blues, Yaya has apologised, f*ck his agent, who gives a sh*t about what that no mark has to say.
It's fair to say that most of the players from last season are 50% better under Pep. No reason why Yaya can't be likewise.
Of the modern era no other player has had more of an influence on the success of this club. The goal at St James Park in 2012, his FA Cup winning goal against Stoke, the semi final goal against the Rags. His performances in our title winning season of 2014 out of this world.
I Want Yaya to leave this club out of the front door with his head held high, his services on the pitch to this club and its history deserves that. He has been man enough to apologise and deserves the fans forgiveness.
More importantly he can be an influence on the pitch this season and make a difference when the games start coming thick and fast and grow in importance.
That said, the ultimate decision lies with Pep. He asked for an apology and got one but only he knows the facts and what he expected. Will Pep give him the chance to prove his worth? I Certainly hope so.

I watched him say it,the agent came straight out yesterday and said he is not saying sorry and doesn't understand why yaya was, that is why despite yaya's statement, which i applaud him, on the situation remains the sameI'm not sure what I read it was clear cut he wanted both Yaya AND the agent to apologise.
Who was Quintana?Ah right. That's good news that the club have acted.
