so the way im reading things of late is toure and agent have agreed contracts with club whether it be us or somebody else but the first offer for him was not enough and barca want more?

i read it that yaya has agreed to a deal with us but we havent agreed a fee with barca yet.come on city lets tie this one up!!! would be a cracking signing.

Love to have him on board the blue fun bus, but negotiating with the likes of barca is never easy mate. This time last year city would just have paid 35 big ones but not now it seem's. Hope we get the lad tho mate.

Where has all this talk of not agreeing a fee come from? To be able to talk to Yaya we would have had to agree a fee first with Barca! Its a waste of time and manpower to discuss a contract before a fee is agreed. This will be wrapped up by Wednesday for 27mill imo

Thats possible mate but to get the initial permission, figures must be talked about surely? Imagine us letting a club speak to 1 of our players, agree a contract and then not agree on a fee. Talk about unsettling a player
