i honestly thought this deal would have been wrapped up way before the silva deal because i thought valencia would have dragged it out and he wasnt 100% sure if he wanted to join, however it seems the player who actually wants to play for us may have to wait for another week.

How has reported, FC Barcelona and Manchester City came a few days ago an agreement for the transfer of Touré Yaya to the English club for some 32 million euros. It only remained Ivory Coast, the selection of the player is eliminated from the World that he might travel to Manchester and pass the medical.

However, according to Catalunya Radio, the agreement had Expiration Date: June 28. And that day has passed without having signed the agreement.

Therefore, the agreement and has no validity, it is meaningless.

From this point, if the City still wants to sign Touré will start to negotiate again from scratch with Barcelona's new board will take office on Thursday.

Anyway, if Toure is no longer the City is also looking for 'guilt' of the player, who has been delaying the issue. In fact, as reported SPORT, the directors of the City were the same Monday in Barcelona to negotiate with the player, to try to agree to sign the same day and, thus, the agreement with the club would still have been valid.
