Journalistic rigour; that's what just about all the "popular" news outlets in this country lack - from Radio 5 Live down, to all the tabloids, and much of the broadsheets.

Nothing is checked, it's mainly ill-informed "opinion" posing as fact. And there's zeo consistency - everyone seems to change their position on a daily basis, without batting an eyelid.

Except Daniel Taylor in The Guardian - he's very consistent in his "United Fan" shite reporting...
