Looked like he tweaked the left side of his back going for a tackle late on. Once you've done that it stiffens up pretty quickly and its hard to move well. Hopefully its just muscular.

I just posted tubes of "Deep Heat" and "Voltaren" to him - he can choose which one to use but they both smell a bit. I want him back on the pitch asap.

Voltaren is not nice stuff ... it messes pretty badly with the stomach .... take it only when absolutely necessary.

You can actually get Voltaren in a gel to rub on the skin to relieve pain. Agree with the tablet form though, take it at your peril!
