07:00 Wake up
07:30 Dressed have a small prepared high protein meal and drink.
07:45 Hop on bike to work
08:15 Get to work have a shower.
08:30 Log in and start working usually log into bluemoon/facebook.
10:00 Small high fibre meal usually greens and some nuts. Boiled eggs if I remembered them.
10:45 Meetings followed by visiting customers
13:00 Lunch usually grilled fish/chicken except Fridays which is a cheat day. Veg or salad.
14:00 Back to desk bluemoon/facebook a few work out sites. Check the web for anything I need usually bike parts, gym stuff.
14:00-16:00 Work
16:10 Small meal usually a beef/turkey sandwich with water.
17:00 Finish work hop on bike to the gym
17:30 Get to gym fill up flask with water
17:35 Warm up and cardio includes stretching and as many reps I can with light weights for whatever muscle group im training that day. 50 leg raises/pressups/skipping.
17:45 Heavy weights, banter with friends from gym while training.
18:45 Warm down, stretching 50 leg raises/pressups/skipping.
19:00 Protein shake and shower
19:15 Waitrose which is just outside my gym or hop on bike to Aldi for some grilled chicken or whatever supplies I need. Usually nuts, fish and eggs.
19:45 Home, change to tracksuit bottom/shorts slippers and t shirt.
20:00 Prepare food for next day as well as for that night. If have lots of bits prepare for a few days and freeze it. While listening to music or tv in background or on phone to mom/friends/family. ( Varies as if I have adequate food Ill go for a run/ride depending on my mood)
20:45 Eat meal while watching a movie / tv series I like.
22:00 Hop on playstation for some FIFA13 while eating nuts or fruit. (Varies as sometimes I like to read a book for if I am doing a course for work I study)
23:30 Brush teeth, set alarms and go to bed.

Done in a rush so probably forgot something.

It takes you a really long time to drive home.

Pretty much but no gym (bike ride instead) and no work. (Currently watching Tur v Cze on 410 and Por v Ecu on 411. Fake Ron just going off on 69. Big Phil just whacked in a cracker!)

21.00 (or when it get's dark) We go home.

A perfect day.
 
Six months of the year:
6:00 a.m - Get up
10:00 p.m - Go to bed
Freeze bollocks off in between.

Other six months of the year same as previous except substitute the word sweat for the word freeze.

7.30 Get up, wazz, make Mrs T cuppa
7.35 Shower, dressed
7.45 Breakfast, brush teeth, give kids a kiss goodbye
7.50 skip off to work
8.30-6.30 On BM, play warlight, check OS, all masquerading as gainful employment
7.00 home catch a bit of Big Bang Theory
7.30 tea
8.00-9.00 daily waste of my life getting kids to bed
9.00 tele/dvd (unless play 5 aside - bliss)
12.30 bed to read (unless Mrs T has let her guard down)


Monday/Friday

7.30 Get up, wazz, make Mrs T a cuppa before she skips off to work
7.35 Call kids to get up - Make breakfast
7.40 Call kids to get up - 'Breakfast is ready!'
7.45 Call kids to get up - 'Breakfast is ready!'
7.50 Call kids to get up - 'LOOK, Breakfast is ready, make sure you're dressed before you come down.'
7.55 Have shower, get dressed, check on kids 'For Christ's sake are you still not up.'
8.00 'GET DOWN HERE NOW'
8.05 Have you had your breakfast yet?
8.08 How the hell do I know where your shoes are?
8.10 No I can't tie a bloody plait?
8.11 Packed lunch? How long have you been having packed lunches? Why didn't Mum say? Where's all the stuff? Have you seen the time?
8.13 No you can't take a Yorkie and a Pot Noodle.
8.14 Put your coat on - yes that one. I dont care if green doesn't go with your hairband just put it on.
8.15 GET IN THE CAR NOW.
8.45 Drop off kids at playground. Continually disappointed at propaganda about proliferation yummy mummy's in such circumstances.
