my life is so boring ,, from monday to friday that is .

i see everybody else seems to be stuck in the same mandane quiqmire called life............

monday to friday

wake up 6
06;30 -0800 travel to work
08;00-17;00 work ( feels like the cunts are stealing my time)
17;00-06;30 back home
19;00-21;00 work out/ football 5 a side
21:00-23;00 study

sat-sun

its a bizarre blue blur , an expensive mind fuck, a release from the mundaine
this makes my life all the worth while.

life will be like this till april , then i will be freeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!
 
Varies everyday depending on what work I have on and needs doing.

6am - Wake up, get baby up, changed and fed. Leave in snug chair with toons while I shower etc.

7.30am - Take her to nursery, perv at nursery nurses, go and get breakfast.

9-10am - Van loaded up and usually on first job by 10. If no work on till afternoon then it's home, tidy, washing etc then either tv or xbox.

4.45pm - Pick baby up from nursery, home, give her to mum to sort out for rest of night.

Evening - Some kind of exercise, food and chill. Since I've had a child my social life is absolutely fucking dire. But hey, just means when I actually do get out every night is quality.
 
with the exception of work ( mon-fri 8-5 ) which never changes day to day.

if i could post a list of what i'd be doing on any given day and a certain time i think i may have to end it all.
Granted if you've got kids your stuck in as such, but i haven't got a clue what i'll be doing tonight or any other night for that matter unless there's a match on everything is just random, or whatever i feel like at the time.

17:00 Finish work hop on bike to the gym
17:30 Get to gym fill up flask with water
17:35 Warm up and cardio includes stretching and as many reps I can with light weights for whatever muscle group im training that day. 50 leg raises/pressups/skipping.
17:45 Heavy weights, banter with friends from gym while training.
18:45 Warm down, stretching 50 leg raises/pressups/skipping.
19:00 Protein shake and shower
19:15 Waitrose which is just outside my gym or hop on bike to Aldi for some grilled chicken or whatever supplies I need. Usually nuts, fish and eggs.
19:45 Home, change to tracksuit bottom/shorts slippers and t shirt.
20:00 Prepare food for next day as well as for that night. If have lots of bits prepare for a few days and freeze it. While listening to music or tv in background or on phone to mom/friends/family. ( Varies as if I have adequate food Ill go for a run/ride depending on my mood)
20:45 Eat meal while watching a movie / tv series I like.
22:00 Hop on playstation for some FIFA13 while eating nuts or fruit. (Varies as sometimes I like to read a book for if I am doing a course for work I study)
23:30 Brush teeth, set alarms and go to bed.

Done in a rush so probably forgot something.

You forgot having a wank.

8:00/30 (depending on traffic) get to work and start at 8:30
5:00 finish work and drive home
5:40/6:15 (depending on traffic) arrive home, make something for tea
7:00 asleep on couch
Then my evening consists of one of the following ... Bluemoon, Fifa, playing football (Tuesday/Friday nights) Corrie, Pub etc
12:00 in bed and asleep soon after

Very exciting!
