Your England squad

It doesn't really matter who you pick as, ultimately, the just isn't the required level of ability in English footballers at present to make us even close to contenders. We are a side who should qualify for major events, although it won't be easy, and then should probably qualify from the group, but not much further.

Andros Townsend in the England squad?

After just one Premier League game?

Even as a Spurs supporter, I find this totally ridiculous.

Yes, for relegated QPR.

I'm not sure that it counts.

Why not?

Well before anyone accuses me of QPR-bias, they happen to be my second club and have been since 1967 and the days of Rodney Marsh, the Morgan Twins, Mark Lazarus and Tony Hazell.

It's 1 more premier league game than Wilfried Zaha had!

It just goes to emphasise the lack of talent in the English game, we're depserate so we jump on anyone with half a chance of being good enough as soon as they show promise, Sterling from Liverpool is another prime example.

I couldn't agree with you more.

Banned from playing in the U21 Euros because of being caught betting on teams. Rewarded with full England place 3 months later.

And people still cant work out why i cant stand Engerland.
