My favourite is the Dogue De Bordeaux although I have a pretty long list of dogs I like, we currently have a Beagle who`s a great pet, unfortunately he can`t go off lead anymore, gets a scent and he`s off on a mission and one or two close calls have caused me to changed how he gets his exercise.

Ours is a beagle too, she does go off lead but we've been out for hours looking for her sometimes. Wouldn't be without her but wouldn't recommend the breed to others!

She looks lovely Bluebird, I wouldn`t recommend them either for anyone who wants a reliable `off lead` dog, shame really because temperament-wise they are excellent but just not suited to this century and for the volume of traffic around now.

On the off chance though, if you hear of any that need re-homing locally give us a shout, we`re on the look out for another dog preferably a younger female rescue.

Heres my boy!! My all time favourite breed, had afew over the years. Some Bast*rd had starved him, he couldn't even stand up when the RSPCA found him. He's doing ok now and a lovely dog!!

Starting with the Doby...

Doberman - My parents, a big lump of muscle at 48 kilo's of total solidness!! Daft as a brush and soft as shit too!

German Shepherd - My Parents puppy, about 5 1/2 months in this pic! Gorgeous little thing.

Weimaraner - Mine, 4 1/2 months in the pic, be a gorgeous thing when he is fully grown, very loyal and apparently very intelligent but we are yet to see evidence of this!!

Rhodesian Ridgeback - My brothers, not one of my fav breeds but a nice looking dog, weirdly small head though....according to my brother it's just me who thinks that!
