your favourite cities in europe

Hamburg was nice, so clean. I also love Nice and the other cities on the cote d'azur, Copenhagen is also extremely nice, just a bit too expensive.

1. Helsinki - Cool in winter and beautiful in summer

2. Porto - just one chilled place

3. Riga - the worlds most sexy women everywhere

Ok i havent' been to most of these places yet, but this a sort of vague outline of what i'm considering doing in the Summer, by train. Plan is to stop a couple of days in the cities (stay in a Hostel, i'm poor) then get the train to the next one, inbetween will be taking long walks and camping (wild or at sites) through any places that seem worth it (the route circles the Alps, so i'm thinking the foothills and lakes there, the black forest, then something at the eastern edge of the route).

Don't know if any of these places are worth skipping through though, perhaps some of the German ones, and i'll probably rush through France, can visit there pretty easily any time. Also if anyone has any special recommendations with regards to places to visit or places to go walking, it'd be greatly appreciated. I'm planning on 2 months away roughly. I know a fair few of these places have a reputation for being expensive, so maybe i should spend a bit more time exploring eastern Europe more? I'm still undecided.

The other option would be to fly to somewhere like Bucharest then work my way back, rather than go in a loop from London.

Dont pack your skiis at that time of the year.

But more seriously enjoy and spendplenty of time researching your route and what there is too see.
Its something i really wish I had done before becoming a wage slave but never got round too.
The only times I have been to the alps have been when they have been covered in the white stuff so can be offer no real advice other than to take plenty of sd cards and bring back a load of photos so that you can look back at them when you are old and grey (like me).
