Even though I'm northern to the bone, for me, it's a toss-up between West Sussex, Dorset and Cornwall.

Warwickshire, Oxfordshire and Devon also deserve an honourable mention.

One of the top ten most deprived areas of Northern Europe, full to the rafters with rags, links to the outside world virtually nil, the most racist people I've ever met & on average parts get more rainfall per year than Manchester. That's Cornwall!!
