Your favourite ever City away game?

Never forget the derby when Brightwell equalised, 1989 I think. It was mental in the away end, absolutely crazy and the atmosphere leaving the ground was scary. I got the 53 bus from near white city to rusholme and it was mental all the way, walking near the police hq was going off everywhere but what a result. Never forget that goal.

At the swamp 1968 winning 3/1 there we just knew it was on the cards the faces on the shitheads outside etched into my mind forever

Yeah that was a good one.

Newcastle, May 1968 when we clinched the First Division championship...remember it like yesterday.

Worst...Our 4-1 defeat in the FA cup at Forest in 1974.

From the web:-

In 1974 Forest were a pretty ordinary second division side, other than McKenzie. That season, he became only the third Forest player to top the scoring charts in his division with 26 goals. In the fourth round of the FA Cup, McKenzie put on a one-man display, the like of which has not been seen since at the City Ground. He ran the Manchester City Defence ragged. He created two goals for Ian Bowyer and one for George Lyall before scoring himself. It was Duncan McKenzie 4 Manchester City 1 Forty one thousand fans watched McKenzie put them to the slaughter on Forest’s second ever Sunday game

Blackpool away 2010 fa cup 2 v 3 win for City. Few of us stayed on corporation St for 3 nights, piss up around pubs first night. Up early play golf morning, then on piss off to game great crowd both sets of supporters out to enjoy them self's. After game went to one of the pier's packed with both set of supporters no trouble plenty of banter and singing. Around pubs then off to a place called funny ladies (I think can't remember the name) anyway drag Queens performing then off to a club up by the funfair (pretty shit place but somewhere to drink). Next night the weather closed in winds that would blow you off your feet if you weren't ready for it. Pub closed early central pier closed & 5 very drunk and wet blues back early to guest house / hotel where we pfoceeded to drink whatever the bar had.
