Your favourite sitcom

Used to listen to my dad's Hancock's half hour radio show and watch the TV series with him. Then he introduced me to Bilko. Legendary.

Garth Merenghi's Dark Place
Better Off Ted
Arrested Development
The Good Place

It's always sunny in Philadelpia.

A few that have been missed off the list:

Ain't half hot Mum
Two Doors Down
Malcolm in the Middle
The Middle

My Favorite overall is Phoenix Nights followed closely by The Young Ones

Malcolm in the middle was excellent, super cast and great writing, the Lois birthday episode with the clown fight is just sublime TV

Not my favourite of all time but a great show that I've not seen get a mention yet is Newhart.

Some great shouts, takes me back to my younger days.
Can I throw just good friends into the mix. Penny + vince.
Has some brilliant innuendos that possibly wouldn't make mainstream tv these days.
Great writing + acting.

Does Blackadder count? If so, the last episode of Blackadder Goes Forth really hits hard. It is basically the epitome for finishing on a high?
Absolutely a sitcom. I was thinking it’s not been mentioned much but it was rather brilliant.

Red Dwarf and One Foot in the Grave too. The latter is one of my top five definitely.

Apparently he has written a stage show and he's going to perform it with the original cast. I Liked 15 stories high with Sean Lock
Saw the stage show at the Lowry Theatre yesterday. It was brilliant, really laugh out loud and just as good as the series.
