Your first car - what was it?

Re: **************Your first car - what was it?

A D reg Ford Fiesat 1.2 Ghia - got it for my 21st birthday........... I was very happy! It wasn't brand new - but it was mine.

I have just been looking to see if I had any pictures of it - but I don't.

Just a thought - does anyone name their car? I don't - but there are people who I work with who have names for them.

Re: **************Your first car - what was it?

An S reg Rover 214si, in silver. Not a bad first car to be fair, had it for 3 or 4 years and had absolutely no issues with it whatsoever.

Wouldn't have it back now though, good whilst it lasted but I've had a BMW and now an Audi since then so a Rover would be a serious backward step!!

You cheeky fucker!! laughing at my first car.

It's a Fiat Supermirafiori 1.6 twin cam, with twin choke Webbers and it went like shit off a shovel. Sounded like a Ferrari and rusted like a baked bean can on a beach.

0-60.....

once! ;)

Mine was a silver 950cc F-reg Ford Fiesta my nana give me.

Loved that little car, well, until it started playing up. I created a sound system using speakers I stole from a pub. It actually worked too!! Good times...

1988 Plymouth Horizon...absolute piece of crap. The worst American engineering had to offer. The bleeding thing caught fire (electrics) once as I was driving it (I shit myself, flames in the cab as the firewall was knackered and had rotted through!). If you got it above 50 it was terrifying :-). I'd love to see what Jeremy Clarkson would say about it. A definite rival for those horrible Russian jobs.
