Can anybody recomend good sites for tips or instructions?

For example, when your assistant tells you you have a height disadvantage, how do you tell your players to play along the ground rather than in the air?

done 6 seasons with dogdale

1st in league 2
4th in league 1 up in the play offs
24th in championship
2nd in league 1
21st in championship
now 17th in the championship getin abit pissed off with dale though coz the board wont do fook all for me, av turned down prem league jobs and they wont improve the training ground, youth facilities. all they have done is put 500 seats in one of the standing sections.

sold half of my squad. gago, garay etc and also i did the monthly instalment shit were you can get away with loads

go onto your squad page, click tactics in the toolbar, select instuctions above the picture of the team formation you have, click team instructions, and change passing style to shorter.

Started playing on mine again yesterday, got 9 games left with Leeds and am joint first with southampton both 15 points clear of 3rd. Hoping to win it and find a new job! Lol.
My star players are: begovic on loan from pompey, garrison, Robbie savage, Gibson on loan from acumen, Chris brunt, Christian vieiri and benjani. That was on a tight budget as well!

the good sheik has just handed me my p45. was on a great run as well. just dumped the rags out of the league cup qualified for next stage in europe with two games to spare and would be 1 point behind leaders if i won my game in hand. lost 2-0 in my last game at blue-dippers though. the bastards were waiting for me to slip up 'cos they were far from impressed when i sold robinho. starting again with droylsden.
