If you go onto your squad then click coaches next to training, at the bottom it says summary, how do i get the ratings to 5 stars? they're all 2-2.5s. What coaches should I hire??

I find bets way is to reassign coaches from auto. If you are playing City you can have a max of 16 coaches, but as some are youth only you'll struggle to get 5* in all cats initially.

Search for staff with values 18 or more in one disciple, such as Attacking 18-20. Then assign that one coach to shooting. Next, defending and so on...

Doing this increases training effectiveness and therefore increases player development also.

Use staff search and hire staff with high attributes in the overall training stat you want to imprive, say you want to get attack closer to 5 stars search for coaches with 19/20 attack and hire them, then under their name uncheck all the boxes so only attack is ticked i.e. they will only be teaching attacking and the overall stat should improve.

Im into about 2014 now not too much of the city team left won the prem twice, fa cup, charity shield, Champs league, world club thing what scum won a few seasons back, currently in the final of carling cup and top of prem :).

Playing 99/00

went 13 games unbeaten lost then got sacked

put myself back in charge got sacked again after a decent run in league cup

going back on now to get sacked again

Just won the PL, ECC and League Cup with City in 2010/11.

Adebayor on 37 goals, Tevez on 34. Been given £101m by the good Sheikh.

No as i have some of the original coaching staff and havn't had the time to replace them all yet, they are all 4 + except maybe 1 at 3.5 some are 5 star its basically a matter of replacing the coaching staff with more specialised staff in key areas and making them teach only those categories instead of them all. The best thing i can reccomend is getting at least 5 19/20 judging ability and potential scouts and sending them to scout the world and setting age as a max of 18. This is how i found most of if not all my wonder kids. I have probably the best defence in the league at the moment and its made up of almost all under 21's.

I've only just landed Aguero, for just shy of £53m. How did you go about getting the best out of him? I normally play 4-3-3/4-1-2-3 like this:

...but my assistant (Baldini) keeps banging on about adopting a new formation. I've only played a few games since signing Aguero and tend to slot him straight into the Affelay inside forward slot as above. Ideally, I'd like to play him in the influential Gourcuff position, removing the talented but injury prone Affelay and sticking Gourcuff at inside forward.
