Thanks I'll take more team talks rather than leaving it to my assistant. Only problem it's difficult to praise a team who in one season has drawn 17 of the 34 games about 10 of them 0-0...my top goalscorer is Samaras.

if winning by more than 1, dont let performance drop, you have faith to anyone under 6.5 in midfield or attack
if drawing sympathise, you have faith to anyone above 6.5 in midfield or attack
if losing, you expect more or however it is worded, the dissapointed one, you have faith to anyone above 6.5 in midfield or attack
Full time-
if won, well done or delighted depending on the manner, delighted to anyone above 7.5
if drawn, sympathise
if lost, dissapointed or occasionaly angry depending on the manner
