Tuna Mayo, nothing but just that, no butter or lettuce shit, just tuna mayo, preferbly on ciabatta bread.

They`re very very nice mate, the important part though is cooking the steak so it`s tender ( hot pan, touch of lard, cooking time and resting time should be about equal and season afterwards).
Put the grated cheese on the resting steak to melt whilst frying off the onions in the steak juices, toast bread and add butter and mayo, job`s a good un.
