We will have a vaccine, seems very likely, and policy seems based on the fact it's quite close. I've explained many times how many people in different groups come under vulnerable, many working , many with mortgages and families. I've asked how we protect them, never had an answer. Can't be bothered going down that rabbit hole again.Why?

This is not exactly right. We have never found a vaccine which CURES a viral infection, but there are numerous examples of vaccines which PREVENT infection and ultimately may wipe out the virus by denying it hosts.Why?

For example, Polio was all but wiped out. Only religious and political interference stopped complete elimination of the disease. Smallpox, I believe has effectively disappeared. Many other similar examples.

Adopt the Swedish system. People live their lives, and the most vulnerable are protected.
