Be present in the moment. All of you all of the time . Have an imaginary 1 metre square in front of you and concentrate on the immediate things around you rather than get overwhelmed by the bigger picture,

Quite a lot of platitudes and nonsense on here. Just like those little books of Wisdom or Facebook posts.
For example, I am better than some other people (Rapist, child abusers and criminals) so I feel I should judge and be judged. I won't treat others as I expect to be treated as I am a sado masochist .. (they probably wouldn't like that) etc etc.

All in search of a one liner to answer everything and appear clever. All leant in University of the hard life of knocks. Bollocks. Give me an issue then give me a tissue and I'll wipe my arse with the pair of them ...
