im 50-50 whether dzeko should start, im a massive fan but hes not hit the ground running however id still probably go with him and play:

It would be hard to change the team from Saturday, except for bringing De Jong in, prob for Barry with the hope that Milners added energy will help, and he steps up to it, as he did on sat. Keep Kolarov in midfield, but if Balotelli is fit enough, I may consider starting him, just because he seems like the kind of guy who would really relish a derby. However, I really rated Kolarov there, and think he has been vastly improving of late.
Probably wouldn't start Dzeko; I am a fan, and think he will come good, but our shape was changed, and in fact damaged when he came on on Sat. We need to work out how to play with him in the team.

I would try and keep a similar set up to the game against west brom

Kolorov and zab down the left will be vital in stopping Nani.

I would just bring dejong back in for Barry. Milner offers us a bit more energy and pace to the midfield.
