Yeh its difficult,Ill have a go though to contribute to the thread.
Some might Say,Think that got to number 1 in the singles chart.
Songbird.Because Liam isnt suppose to know anything about songwriting and gets bullied by Noel in this sense, yet wrote a superb little tune,fair play to Liam.

to the poster who said that they peaked with definitely maybe, in that case you can discard anything by the beatles or lennon after the mid '60s then? also discard the stone roses second coming as they peaked with their debut album.
name one album better than definitely maybe since 1995. it's not just oasis that have never matched it, nobody has.

no, i'm comparing the beatles. in a lot of people's opinions, the beatles best stuff was the early stuff so to dismiss the rest is daft. i never said you commented on the beatles but you did say you didn't listen to oasis after 1st album because none of it was as good. how do you know if you didn't listen? i said that no band has made an album as good since definitley maybe so should we discard all music from the last 15 years?

I'd say the first Arctic Monkeys album was as good as Definitely Maybe.
