I'd tell PZ and AJ to fire in crosses for Dzeko, Silva to slide passes to Tevez or 1-2s, any free-kicks around the area taken by Tevez or AJ (whichever suits the left or right footer), move the ball forwards at pace and if you lose possesion chase them down until you get it back. Silva and AJ to stay on the halfway line when we're defending so we've always got an outlet and it will stop the opposition pushing too many players forward.
If the plan's not working by half time, if their CBs are winning everything that's crossed in Dzeko off,Balotelli on AJ to the RW, Silva to the left, Kolarov off Milner on, Zabaleta to LB, Milner to CM. If it's against a side with a strong ariel threat I'd start with Boateng at CB instead of Lescott and Yaya instead of DeJong.

Our defense is already excellent, Lescott/Boeteng could replace any of them
Richards can play replace any of the mid field - other than Silva and either full back.
Dzeko on for one of the strikers late if we are ahead. On for Silva if we are behind, Tevez moves in to Attacking mid, Dzeko takes front/central striker role because Balo could score from almost anywhere.

The defensive line plays far less deep and we actually try to win games convincingly, rather than grind out draws and 1-Nil's.
