For a player that's back early from an injury Pablo really got stuck in today. Of course this was to be expected by Super Zaba, didn't stop me from shitting myself everytime he went into a tackle in fear of re-injury

The guy just oozes class. Always comes across well when being interviewed. Love the fact that he said he really wanted to play today, even though it was a gamble coming back so soon. Agree about resting him at the weekend; stick Jimbo or Dedryck (or even, God forbid, Javi) in at RB against Palace. Hopefully their attacking intentions will be fairly limited.
Read my post again. It was the final option, after Milner or Boyata. I wouldn't like to risk Zab again, just 48 hours after his rushed comeback. Another option would be Clichy there (if fit), although he struggled there against Fulham.Sky Blue said:jimharri said:http://www.mcfc.co.uk/citytv/Interviews/2013/City-v-Liverpool-Zabaleta-reaction

Garcia at right back...why did you even think that?

He says in that interview I linked to that he was tired and was suffering from cramp towards the end.LoveCity said:Is he OK? He looked laboured at the end, but it may have been cramp as he didn't seem in too much agony (likewise Negredo).
