it cant really be in the training or the way we plays as Liverpool play a fast press game and their players give 110%
Can only be in the diet or the supplements they are on. The players are so lean, a certain percentage of fat protect our muscle / tendons. Some of us have more protection than others...
Not that our players are taking enhancement supplements but you speak to weightlifters / bodybuilders / strongman athletes and they will all say you are more likely to injure yourself when you are on enhanced supplements ( of various levels !!!! ). This builds strength but weakens the muscles & ligaments resistance and you can tire it easily.
Steds cause ligament injury because you can suddenly lift a lot more weight and train harder, ligaments take time to adjust to new strength gains this is completely different for a footballer it is another world.
