What happens when the rag players throw themselves to the ground and claim they've been fouled?Always liked the one on one type shootout idea, start from mid way between halfway line and goal line, get a certain amount of time to shoot. Still means the team with the talent has the advantage, instead of the lottery penalty shootout.

They should adapt the ice hockey type penalty shoot out, one on one from the half way line attacker v goalie only 3 touches allowed.
