Phone stolen in Madrid - help needed

That's what worries me about using a password manager (which is advisable apparently)
The passwords are so complicated you could never remember them but they're obviously stored in your phone should anyone manage to get into it.

I don't really like having them in my phone. So what's the answer ?

Password managers use double biometric authentication. So even if you, for whatever reason handed a thief your unlocked phone, they’d have to navigate to the password manager app and use your FaceID / TouchID *again* to authenticate.

Randomly generated passwords and biometric security really are by miles the most secure way to protect your data.

Worlds gone mad, no wonder everywhere is full of brain dead phone zombies.
As I said earlier I have about 5 that I can easily remember.
Trouble is if they get one they can get into multiple things, it’s hard what to do really, I’m similar to you I’ve got about 5 I use and according to the web they are quite strong. Never use birthdays or favourite teams, films etc because that info can be gleaned from social media. I tend to use nicknames that only I would know and a date only I would get, with a symbol thrown in. I tend to use my watch to pay for stuff so phone stays in my pocket.

The average number of passwords per person is something like 80 to 100 according to Nord VPN.
I can't see me having that many passwords but it's easy to have say 30.

Various phone apps....Travel, buying, selling, paying all the bills, tv streaming, banking, pensions, medical.

I have bm, bank, email, binance, ebay.. I think that's about it.
Certainly don't need one for youtube, I just watch it.
Don't do social media, used to have a twitter account till I got banned for calling Rob Harris a ****.
How do you pay all your bills for the home internet, mobile phone service, Gas, electric, rates, Insurances, Car tax.....you don't watch any streaming tv like BBC/ITV iview or Netflix or book any holidays or buy anything online from Amazon or Ali, Marketplace or Gumtree ?
