1968/69 Supporter Complaint Letter

I’d like to see the evidence because that doesn’t follow with everything I’ve researched so far. Or anything I remember for that matter. Obviously, there could be a missing kit out there but as the original poster says that the kit was seen several times it would seem unlikely that no photo or memory has appeared until now. There was the royal blue with diagonals of course.

I stood on the old Kippax. I saw it. I will find it before I die…….

Here v Leeds, although we wore black shorts/trim here. There is a colour video of City in Yellow & Maroon at Spurs in April 1960, Won 1-0

Indeed, they had black and blue stripes in late 60s, early 70s. Saw them wearing it several times. Not a patch on the Redstripes. I don’t follow the kit history, someone else on here may be able to tell you more.

It's one I've never heard of or ever seen any photos of but not saying you are not correct but a new one on me.

I remember that Highbury game.When City ran out in yellow, we were like WTF.?
We never won at Arsenal anyway in those days,but playing in yellow?
We knew we were beaten before a ball was kicked.
