I just put this on Valdes thread as well, but if Chelsea are looking at Mandanda, there could be a chance for Begovic, who qualifies as Home Grown.

If he would come he would be good. Last I read he was unhappy at being a backup and wanted a move so he probably would not fancy us.

Begovic would be very good. Suspect he wants more game time than we would offer.
