ah btw i work in IT also. Started off from 1st line and worked my way down to 3rd line. But it got boring. IT Support is OK - but dont look at it as a long term career aim. Once u hit 3rd line (specialist) then choose your career paths - networking, systems analyst, project manager (this pays more bucks), business analyst, etc etc

make sure u swot up on ya technical stuff, windows, unix, check out technical forums on google. how to reset passwords, pst files on outlook, etc etc.

Yeah im currently studying towards MCSE at the moment, its helped me get the attention of a few big firms.
