No I believe we didn't take the option mateI saw we were allocated 4,900 tickets for the West Ham game but when I watched the match on iplayer they mentioned a few times that City took 9,000.
Did the club buy extra?
Is football losing its appeal to the masses, we've reached saturation point in tv, ticket prices for the average man are extortionate, the bigger clubs City included seem to think 10k day trippers will bring more to the coffers than long term season ticket holders. I'm surprised it took so long tbh the recession is nearly 10 years old now I'm not poor and I'd rather spend my on other things if I can catch the football on a stream.
Come on mate, 650 million worldwide watched a FA cup game earlier in the day, what more do you want?If the FA cup is such a big draw around the world according to the FA , how come only the mk dons and the barrow game were available for broadcast of the 1500 kick offs ?
You were away for the Charlton game? Call yourself a proper fan? And if you think the crowd actually was 47,000, I've got some really good magic beans for sale.....We got 74,000 for a league game in 1985? I must have been away that week....
They must have all been hiding, because they weren't in any of the shots shown on the MoTD highlights.7k at Cadiff v Fulham apparently.
If you think there were 74,000 I will buy those beans you are proffering. Actually I had to work abroad that weekend, so my proper fan status has obviously gone up in smoke....️You were away for the Charlton game? Call yourself a proper fan?
