Interest Rates are woeful currently. Without disclosing who I work for, we have been trying to deposit tens of millions recently and a couple of banks said they didn't want our money. Another offered negative rates. Think we went for one offering 0.6% in the end.

Depending what your plans for using it in future, you're better off putting it in your pension fund or reinvesting it on another property.
