The BBC's Shamoon Hafez:

PENALTY APPEAL

Man City 0-1 Everton

Posted at40 mins
Kevin de Bruyne at the heart of everything good by Manchester City.

He plays a pass towards Gabriel Jesus in the box, who is edged off the ball and onto the turf by Michael Keane, and the home crowd cry for a penalty.

Stop begging. <<<< ???

This fella can fuck off

Get a Utd fan to write the ticker. Get a load of snide comments. Throw in Stone and gormless Phil for added lack of balance.

Phil Neville is a bitter rag ****.

I was listening to his bile both pre match and post game walking from the ground. Fellow rag chappers dogging in too. John Murray was gunning for Ederson and Shrek was back to his best. No credit for a "Scraped draw where the last 30 minutes look magical to City fans when everyone else could see he got out of jail."

There is too much money in the game for there not to be corruption, in fact there was too much money in the game 20 years ago for there not to be corruption. Ask yourself this - how can the same agent act for both the selling club and the buying club on a transfer without anyone talking about a conflict of interest. Remember George Graham and his bungs, Redknapp is another one, the Bebe transfer springs to mind, agents acting exclusively for one club etc etc. If anyone doesn't think their is corruption then they need their heads testing

I believe every sport at top level is corrupt. Last night was a good example of the ref applying rules to the letter; you'd have thought city were the away side. It makes is worse when a previously independent BBC kick off their coverage with a discussion on big spending city and then 'suggest' there was contact for Walkers 2nd yellow....it's clear the club need to do something this season otherwise we will be conned out of a title.
