Yeah we signed some goalkeeper the other week. All a bit quiet since. Bravo or something.
 
Signed a left footed centre back from Denmark, Michael Jakobson and will take up the last visa spot.

Also been drawn to Western Sydney Wanderers in next round of the cup at home.

Still waiting on the last Marquee announcement.

Going up north next week for some further pre season tour. Townsville.
 
Currently 2-0 up after 18 mins in the Aussie FA cup against what seems like a piss poor side (Google was my friend).

To our Aussie blues, is this cup seeded til the later rounds and how far into it are they?
 
We are into the quarter finals now to be played on the 21st/27th sept.
Season starts 7th October.
Look out for the melbourne derby on the 16th October kicking off just before 11am UK time.
Expecting close to a sellout as usual which will be about 50k (especially now timmy cahill now signed with melbourne city)

The game wasn't an FFA Cup game, it was just a friendly.

We do have one player who's currently surplus to requirements here. Could perhaps be tempted to Oz with the promise of unwavering adulation and a birthday cake.
 
If you know anyone here in Australia, make sure you tell them that the CL game next Wednesday against Borussia is on free to air SBS next Wednesday morning.
Broadcast starts 430am.
