If City could buy one? Who would you pick & why?

For me it would be Messi. Best current player in the world.

Neymar may well take over from Messi but currently, Messi is the man.

Neymar. He's the heir to the throne and has more longevity/best years ahead.

Messi is the dream, the greatest ever (in my opinion) playing for Manchester City at his pinnacle.

Neymar rocks the footballing world equally, if not more so, because he is Barcelona's future. The heir to Messi as he has rightly been described as & with that, potentially THE figure in world football within the next two years.

So... Both. Or either. Take your pick.

Neymar. To pry him away from Barcelona would shock the world!

I was just thinking about this today. Messi is so tempting for obvious reasons but I am just worried that he's just about to finish peaking and will start to wind down over the next three or four years. Neymar still has his whole career ahead of him. I would be interested to see what the difference would be commercially between the two signings. Would one make city a bigger global brand than the other? I think that is what may decide it
