Hughes was OK at the time we appointed him but with the ambitions and financial back up we have now it seems we are settling for 2nd best compared to the managers we could have.

Give him until March. This is when the January signings will be here and would have started to settle. If its the same shite sack him.

I'm still for Hughes. If in the transfer window he doesn't bring in at least one centre back who's comfortable in possession and can pass the ball and join in in midfield when they're pressed I'll be more worried.

I'll probably still be for Hughes even then just because he's our manager, until he's sacked.
