From what I read the burglar had a screwdriver there was a scuffle that spilled into the kitchen and the burglar was stabbed. I assume that the murder arrest - NOT charge I note - is an administrative thing the Police have to go through to hold the guy. I trust there will be no charges to answer.

I've been burgled 3 times and the last time they trashed my home, shat in my lounge and smeared it on the walls. They looked everywhere for money and whatever. Took the side off the bath, ripped the base off table lamps, smashed my furniture.

My wife still worries about leaving the house 19 years later.

I'd execute the fuckers today if I caught them.

Looks like he challenged the burglar and went OTT with a knife. Lots of people will probably be saying the burglar got what he deserved but it does sound like the guy went OTT and stabbed him to many times?
