Rate The Season

On his post-match phone-in, Collymoron was asking people to call in and rate their season.

And while I didn't ring in (I was driving), it set me thinking. I would give ours 8/10.

No trophies, but we finished second in the Premier League, got out of the group in the Champions' League and didn't disgrace ourselves against Barcelona. Indeed, our result against them was better than either PSG or Bayern.

League - 7/10 good end to an up and down season and ended with the best goal difference, and two individual awards

Europe - 5/10 given our draw

Domestic comps - 3/10 wasted way too easily

Edit: went back and watched highlights from our cska games
5/10 for our europe campaign sounds more appropriate
